Every deposit made via UPI or Paytm and every withdrawal to PhonePe or Paytm is governed by the financial-transactions clause in these terms. Processing times, minimum amounts and verification requirements are all set out there. Contact support if a transaction does not match what the clause describes.

The account-suspension clause gives you the right to request a written explanation for any suspension. Contact us via email with your account reference, and our compliance team will respond within seven business days with the specific clause under which the action was taken.

These terms are interpreted under the law of the jurisdiction stated in the governing-law clause of the full document. Where local Indian law imposes a stricter or different obligation, that obligation takes precedence over any conflicting clause in this agreement.
