We collect only the account data required to operate your profile — name, contact details and payment identifiers such as your registered UPI handle or Paytm number. We do not sell this data to third parties under any circumstances.

Data Retention

Account records are retained for the period required by the laws of the jurisdiction under which your account operates. When retention is no longer required, data is deleted from our servers using industry-standard erasure methods.

Account Security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We send a verification step on login from an unrecognised device, and any change to your registered PhonePe or UPI number triggers an additional confirmation to the existing contact address.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold on your account, ask us to correct inaccurate records, or request deletion where local law permits. Submit these requests via our support email and we respond in writing within five working days.

These terms apply to every account on suninplay regardless of location, but access itself depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. If your region restricts such services, you must not use the platform.

Email your request to [email protected] with your registered account address. We will verify your identity and send a structured data export within five working days. No charge is made for a first request in any twelve-month period.

Yes, you may request deletion of your account data where local law permits and where we are not required to retain records by applicable regulations. We will confirm deletion or explain any legal obligation that prevents it within seven working days.

Data is retained for the legally mandated retention period after account closure, then deleted using our standard erasure process. We will not use your contact details for marketing after closure unless you specifically opt back in at a later date.

Payment disputes involving UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions should first be raised with live chat, who can access transaction logs. If unresolved within 48 hours, escalation to our legal team follows and a written resolution is provided.

We are required to post notice of material changes on this page at least seven days before the change takes effect. Continued use of your account after that date constitutes acceptance. You may close your account before the effective date if you do not accept the amended terms.
