HOW WE PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security at suninplay

Every measure below reflects a concrete step we take to keep your account data accurate, private and under your control.

Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data is stored on servers protected by AES-256 encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a unique salt per account, meaning no one at suninplay can read your password in plain text.

Cookie Management

We use session cookies to keep you logged in, analytics cookies to understand how pages are used, and preference cookies to remember your language and currency settings. You can adjust or withdraw cookie consent at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Payment Data Handling

When you deposit via UPI or Paytm, the full payment credentials stay within those processors' secure environments. We receive only a transaction ID and status confirmation, which we store against your account record for withdrawal verification and dispute resolution.

Data Retention Periods

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after closure, as required by applicable law. Game-history logs are retained for seven years for audit purposes; marketing preference data is deleted within 30 days of an opt-out.

Access and Correction Rights

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected, and request erasure where no legal obligation requires us to retain it. Submit any of these requests through the in-account Privacy section or via email.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with processors directly needed to run your account — payment gateways, fraud detection services and customer-support tooling. Each processor signs a data-processing agreement. We never pass your data to advertisers or data brokers.

Your Privacy Questions About suninplay

Below are the questions we receive most often about how we manage personal data, what rights you have, and how to act on those rights. If your question is not covered here, contact our privacy team directly via email or live chat.

We collect your name, email address, phone number and date of birth at registration. Once your account is active, we also log game activity, deposit and withdrawal records, device identifiers and IP addresses to maintain your account and detect fraudulent activity.

No. Full payment credentials — UPI IDs, Paytm wallet tokens — are processed and held by those respective payment providers. We store only the transaction reference number, amount and status, which we need for reconciliation and to resolve any payment disputes.

Yes. Log in and go to Account Settings, then Data and Privacy, to submit a Subject Access Request. We will compile and send you a structured copy of all personal data we hold within 30 days of receiving your request.

After account closure, we retain identity and transaction records for the period required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, typically up to seven years for financial records. Data not subject to a legal retention requirement is deleted within 90 days of closure.

Access is restricted to staff whose role requires it — fraud prevention, payments reconciliation, customer support and compliance teams. All access is logged. Third-party processors can access only the specific data fields their service requires, under strict contractual controls.

Use the Data and Privacy section in Account Settings, or email our privacy team directly. For corrections, describe what is inaccurate. For deletion, note that we may need to retain certain records where the law requires it; we will explain any such obligation in our response.

We use session, analytics and preference cookies. Session cookies are strictly necessary to keep you logged in. Analytics and preference cookies can be turned off via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or through the privacy controls in your account settings at any time.
